臺(tái)灣天機(jī)牌伸出軸微型磁粉制動(dòng)器即是小型磁粉剎車器，其具有體積小、工作平穩(wěn)、安裝簡(jiǎn)單、耐用等特點(diǎn)，是一款高精密傳動(dòng)元件，廣泛應(yīng)用于紡織、印刷、包裝以及其它電子設(shè)備、工業(yè)機(jī)械。采用DC24V直流電，使用起來更為安全，用途包括：張力控制、緩沖啟動(dòng)、剎車、尺寸動(dòng)定位、高速應(yīng)答、模擬負(fù)載等等多用途，5rmin起可供使用，最高轉(zhuǎn)速為1800r/min。

該型（TJ-POD-C）磁粉制動(dòng)器為伸出軸型自動(dòng)冷卻式制動(dòng)器，構(gòu)造精度高，高精密。由于其體積比較小，有效地降低旋轉(zhuǎn)部的慣性力矩，安裝方便簡(jiǎn)單、耐溫、耐用。注意的是：在空轉(zhuǎn)的狀態(tài)下，其空轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)矩在1000r/min時(shí)不宜超過額定轉(zhuǎn)矩的3%，在1800r/min時(shí)不宜超過額定轉(zhuǎn)矩的5%。

磁粉制動(dòng)器在使用過程，其轉(zhuǎn)矩可調(diào)大調(diào)小（在額定范圍內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié)），此時(shí)，使用張力控制器（手動(dòng)或者半自動(dòng)）可輕松調(diào)節(jié)其張力，并且是精確、穩(wěn)定、恒定的張力。關(guān)于安裝請(qǐng)點(diǎn)擊微型磁粉制動(dòng)器安裝方法。
